- Merger Announcement - 

To our valued policyholders and friends:     

On January 1, 2009 Briscoe & Associates merged with Rhodes-Warden Insurance Agency, Inc. with offices in Albany and Lebanon , Oregon .  This is a merger to two highly compatible insurance agencies and we share very similar history and culture.  Briscoe & Associates and Rhodes-Warden Insurance are both long-established, locally owned and operated insurance agencies with similar values and philosophies on doing business: producing the best of insurance services for our clients, an emphasis on honesty and integrity.

 Our combined agencies will operate under the Rhodes-Warden Insurance name.  This is a very exciting event for both companies and employees.  We look forward to the expanded insurance services, staff and resources we will be able to offer our valued clients.  

Though we will operate as one company, you can rely on the same personal working relationship you have had with the Briscoe & Associates staff in the past.  There will be no effect on your insurance policy or coverage, although you will begin seeing the Rhodes-Warden name in related correspondence and policy renewals.
